Tyler has spent the last 12 years in the Army where he spent most of his time as a Watercraft Operator working on a 92m vessel. Helping with the safe passage of cargo between the Hawaiian Islands. He also spent a good part of his career working as an outboard motor maintainer for the Joint Task Force that operated throughout the Pacific. Unlike Paul, he grew up in a very dry area of Tennessee, but as soon as his Army career began, he fell in love with the water and knew this was his passion.

Business comes natural to Paul just like boating for a reason. He was born into a commercial fishing family in Virginia and spent most of his younger days learning the ins and outs of boating and the proper ways to maintain a vessel, no matter the platform. From family fishing vessels to pleasure sailers on the Chesapeake Bay, Paul understands what it takes to make sure every moment onboard is one to remember.

Ashley has an impressive track record in the marine industry, having spent three years at West Marine Pro department where she consistently achieved top sales marks for her region. Her extensive experience and knowledge of the boat business make her a valuable asset to any team. Recently, Ashley joined the K&C Marine team as Director of Operations, bringing with her a wealth of skills and expertise to help the company grow and succeed in the future. Her dedication, hard work, and passion for the industry are sure to make a significant impact on the team and the business. Alex joins our team with extensive experience in HVAC systems and a background as a mechanic in the Russian version of the merchant marines. He brings a wealth of knowledge marine air conditioning solutions. She holds the distinguished title of ABYC Certified Master Technician, specializing in Marine Electrical, Marine Systems, and Engines. Additionally, Colleen is a Certified Yanmar Technician, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to our growing team. Her expertise and dedication make her an invaluable asset. Danny manages our shop and boat yard work here at K&C Marine, with a military background and expertise in wood working, custom fiberglass, and composite creations. His craftsmanship and attention to detail have been honed through years of building custom surfboards and guitars, before transitioning seamlessly into boat and yacht work. Danny's unwavering commitment to quality and his vast knowledge make him an invaluable asset to the team. His passion for his work is evident in every project he undertakes, making him a true embodiment of dedication and skill in his field.

With experience as a deck hand on the tour boats in Oahu and possessing a captain's license, his dedication to professional growth and passion for the maritime industry are evident.
